ExpoPapers® Online consists of the following key components:

• Online Author registration form and easy-to-use file transfer system
• Each paper received is assigned a Paper ID number and all related files are automatically stored in a separate corresponding folder
• Automatic confirmation email sent to author upon receipt, including Paper tracking ID, and unique username and password permitting access to a personal Paper Status webpage
• Automatic notification to administrators that a paper has been submitted
• Paper information is automatically posted to Paper Status webpage with initial status as "received but not processed"
• System allows re-submissions, storing revised paper submission in appropriate folder
• "Remember me" system automatically emails forgotten passwords to authors

• Papers are checked to make sure that they conform to formatting requirements
• If changes are required the author is contacted by email. The paper status is updated and notes are entered
• If the paper is complete, it is processed to Acrobat® PDF format. The author is notified and the paper status is updated
• Author may check the final PDF version of their own paper using their username and password to gain access to the paper status page
• Administrators and Adjudicators may preview and download the PDF versions of the papers using their unique username and password

• Adjudicators are sent a system username and password with the URL (web address) of the Referee Registration Page
• Adjudicators register online and receive unique usernames and passwords which allow their actions to be tracked.
• Adjudicators use a Referee Log In Page to either select papers to download or to enter marks into the scoring database
• After completing the online scoring card, each adjudicator is automatically sent an email copy for their records.
• Adjudicators can choose to re-mark a paper, and are prompted that they will overwrite a previous score
• "Remember me" system automatically emails forgotten passwords to adjudicators

A comprehensive online paper selection system allows conference administrators to evaluate, select and assign papers to conference sessions. The system can be used online by committee members prior to program committee meetings and offline at the meeting venue. The paper selection system offers fine grained results analysis that includes the following:

• Change Topic or Merge Papers
• Assign Paper to Session, Date, Time and Room
• Drill down to view individual paper score cards and adjudicator's comments
• Drill down to view individual papers

The comprehensive query and analysis system allows users to display and highlight papers which match the type requested. Papers can be displayed and ranked according to:

• theme and sub-theme
• selected countries
• selected companies
• overall score above or below or within any user defined level
• median score of greater, equal to, or less than a certain overall score
• variance of greater, equal to, or less than a certain overall score

For juried symposia and congresses, we can check scoring and paper selection process for bias. All referees scores can be analyzed, tabulated and ranked. National, corporate and other scoring biases are then identified and removed using proven and advanced statistical techniques. This enables conference management and technical program committees to review and select ranked papers confidently, knowing that the scoring data are presented to them on a truly level playing field.
